We act for a wide range of commercial clients in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail and wholesale marketing and the construction trades. 

We also assist individual clients in their dealings with disability insurers when those clients have become ill or disabled.  We assist clients in understanding their rights to benefits under short term and long term disability insurance plans.  When necessary, we help our clients in their communications with physicians and other health professionals, arrange independent medical examinations, and obtain other medico-legal reports.
